    Be ready for a total power hour! Our spin instructor Jocelyn brings the heat in a guided journey through climbs, sprints, hills, endurance runs and more. Her legendary playlists do not disappoint, and you will leave feeling on top of the world – literally – in our upstairs studio space. 

    For class access, you can send an e-transfer to: [email protected]. You’ll receive a physical class ticket in exchange for each class you plan to attend. To pick up tickets, please come to the front desk during the office hours listed. Spaces are first come, first-serve.
